Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take phots of the damage and contact email@example.com. We will process a claim for your return with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
Orders canceled prior to 48 hours of placing the order will be processed at no charge. All orders canceled after 48 hours of placing the order are subject to a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
