CHICAGO BRICK OVEN-750 Hybrid Outdoor Stand Pizza Oven
The CBO-750 Hybrid Residential Stand Pizza Oven brings you twice the cooking power because it includes a two-burner Propane Gas (LP) gas system. The infrared burner under the hearth is great for searing meat and providing uniform heat, and an ambient burner at the back of the hearth allows you to achieve oven-like performance through indirect heat. You can also burn wood at the oven's back or side to bring a unique wood-fired flavor to your foods.
This CBO-750 Hybrid oven is mounted on a commercial-grade stationary stand. It is certified to UL standards, giving you everything you need to experience the high heat cooking of our signature FlameRoll™. Hybrid ovens are available for either Natural Gas (NG) or Propane Gas (LP).
